Frequently Asked Questions

Do you send order confirmations?
Your order will be valid as soon as our system confirms the payment. You will then receive an email from Mind Naturals confirming your order.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
Orders cannot be canceled or edited once they are placed on the website. You can contact customer service for assistance with your order.

What can I do if my order is incomplete?
Please send us an email within 3 days after receiving your order with your reference number.

I have trouble processing my order.
Our Mind Naturals website is compatible with all devices and browsers. We suggest you refresh your browser and try to make your order once again. If this does not work, you can chat with us, and we can help you process your order.

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment via UPS with a tracking number. If you prefer certified shipping using UPS Extra, an additional charge will apply. Please contact us before requesting this option.

What are the destinations covered for delivery?
We are shipping via UPS and USPS to most states in the U.S and Canada except for South Dakota, Idaho, Hawaii, Mississippi, Iowa.

What’s your return policy?

We can only accept returns & exchanges for unopened items purchased. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. To place a return, please reach out to contact@mindskincare.com.

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your Mind Naturals products. Please reach out to contact@mindskincare.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and the reason why you would like to return your item. A Mind Naturals team member will contact you and help you out!

I received the wrong/damaged product. Can I return it?
If you received a wrong/damaged product, please email contact@mindskincare.com with your order number in the subject line and a photo, if possible. A Mind Naturals team member will contact you and help you out!

What do I do if my package is lost or stolen in transit?

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, our products are certified cruelty-free.

Do you use parabens in your products?
No, our products are formulated free of parabens.
